The problem
You sell software. So you need licence keys: generate them, check they are valid at startup, count machines, cut off the ones that were refunded or shared.
That is a server to write, host, maintain and back up. Work that makes your software no better at all, and that you would start over on every project.
What Keyflow does
Validate
One call from your software, under 30 ms round trip from France. An explicit answer: valid, or one of seven reasons for refusal.
Track
How many machines, which ones, since when. A per-licence limit that holds even when twelve machines activate at once. Your customer changes computer? They release a slot.
Revoke
One click. The next validation fails. Reversible too: suspend during a dispute, then reactivate without losing the machines.
Two ways to connect your shop
Without writing a line
You paste your Stripe webhook into Keyflow. On every sale the key is issued and shown to your buyer when they return from payment. No server, no email to send, no scheduled job.

No commitment, cancel at any time from the Stripe portal. Payment is hosted by Stripe: no bank details pass through Keyflow.
Your customers are never cut off. Even if your subscription falls into arrears, licences already sold keep validating. Only the issuing of new keys is suspended, after a grace period.
Where the product stands
Keyflow is in beta: the core is in service and proven, but the product is young and the number of users deliberately limited. Expect fast changes, and a quick reply.
