Terms and conditions

This page is a translation provided for information. Only the French version is legally binding in the event of a dispute or a difference of interpretation.
This document is a starting point, not legal advice. It was written without a legal professional and must be reviewed by a lawyer before any commercial launch.

1. Purpose and parties

These terms govern access to the KeyFlow service, available at https://appkeyflow.com, published by Diyar Tas, Entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise), SIREN 939113643.

Keyflow is a licence key management service for software publishers. The Customer is the developer who subscribes. Buyers of their software are referred to as End users: they are not parties to this contract.

2. Beta status

The service is provided in beta. The Customer is informed of this before subscribing. This means:

One guarantee is built into the product and applies whatever happens: validation of licences already issued is never interrupted, including in the event of non-payment or termination of the Customer's account. End users do not suffer from commercial difficulties between the Customer and the publisher.

3. Price and payment

PlanPriceLimits
Free 0 € 1 product, 2 API keys, 10 licences
Solo 15 € incl. VAT / month 5 products, 10 API keys, 1000 licences

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Payment is made by card through Stripe, the payment provider. The publisher has access to no bank details. The subscription is monthly, charged in advance, and renews tacitly.

4. Right of withdrawal

The service is open to individuals and businesses alike. A consumer Customer has 14 days from subscription to withdraw, without reason or penalty (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

Exercising it gives the right to a full refund of the amounts paid, within fourteen days. Simply request it at supportkeyflow@gmail.com.

A business Customer does not benefit from this right, the subscription falling within the scope of their activity.

The period applies in full. The law allows it to be waived for a digital service performed immediately, but only if the consumer's express waiver is collected at payment time. The current flow does not collect it: the 14 days are therefore owed without restriction.

5. Termination and refund

By the Customer

Termination at any time from the Stripe portal, available in the Subscription tab, no minimum term. Termination takes effect effect at the end of the current period: the service stays available until the end of the period already paid for, with no pro-rata refund.

In the event of non-payment

A grace period of 7 days opens. During that period the account keeps all its rights. Beyond it, the issuing of new keys, products and API keys is suspended. Validation of existing licences and revocation remain available.

After termination

Data is kept for 30 days, allowing reactivation, then erased. The Customer can export their data through the API before that.

Refund

Outside the right of withdrawal, no pro-rata refund of a started month is made. The full refund owed to a consumer Customer who withdraws within 14 days (article 4) is not affected by this clause.

In the event of prolonged unavailability attributable to the publisher, a goodwill gesture may be granted on request at supportkeyflow@gmail.com.

6. Customer obligations

7. Liability

The service is provided in beta, with no availability guarantee expressed in figures. The publisher's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer over the last twelve months.

The publisher runs automatic daily backups, without this constituting a guarantee of full restoration. It is up to the Customer to keep their own exports.

8. Governing law and disputes

French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought by writing to supportkeyflow@gmail.com.

No consumer mediator has been appointed to date. During the beta period, every complaint is handled directly, in writing, with an answer within fifteen days. A mediation scheme will be put in place.

This absence deprives the Customer of none of their rights: they keep the ability to bring the matter before the competent court, and their right of withdrawal remains whole.
