Personal data
What Keyflow collects from you
Your email address, your password as a fingerprint (Argon2id, never in the clear), and the billing data processed by Stripe. No bank details pass through or are stored by Keyflow.
What Keyflow processes on your behalf
By issuing licences, you entrust us with your customers' email addresses, along with a fingerprint of their machines. That fingerprint is hashed before transmission by our SDKs: Keyflow never receives a hardware identifier in the clear, and cannot identify a machine.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection are exercised at supportkeyflow@gmail.com. A complaint may be lodged with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
Retention
Account data is kept for as long as the account exists, then 30 days after its termination. Accounting records are kept for the applicable legal period.
Trackers
Keyflow sets a single session cookie, strictly necessary for signing in, and a language preference cookie. No advertising cookie, no third-party analytics, no social network tracker: the site loads no external resource.
Intellectual property
The name KeyFlow, the site and its content are the property of the publisher. Customers retain full ownership of their software, their data and their licence keys.
